CANADIAN-ONLINE-SHOPPING-MALL.COM'S LIABILITY TO APPLICANT SHALL NOT, FOR ANY REASON, EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY APPLICANT TO CANADIAN-ONLINE-SHOPPING-MALL.COM UNDER THIS AGREEMENT.
